OH MAH GAWD!!!
I had soooooooooo much fun at the concert yesterday!! I left at about 3:40 and got to the Meridian at around....4:00. The Meridian lied to us through that stupid website of theirs....saying they wouldn't make us wait outside....LIES!! I waited till about...7:00 to finally get in! >O [little side note....like...2-3 hobos continued to pester everybody in the line for food and money...and that really angered me....cause they wouldn't leave us alone!! They knew we wouldn't walk out of the line...so they had us cornered!! some people actually cursed them out...>__>;; zomg...]
Anywho....once I got inside, I went straight to the booth selling Dir en grey stuff. I bought 2 shirts [one of each kind], a poster, 3 bumper stickers, and 5 wristbands....
I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO SELL THE DOG-TAGS!!! AUGHHHH!!! I'M SO PISSED!!! If ANYBODY would happend to have a second set of the dog-tag (preferably unopened) and would like to trade for a wristband...that would be wonderful!! After that, I met up with my new friends and Michael on the left side of the stage....like right up front!! >D
The first band [Bleed the Dream] was ok, compared to Fair to Midland....>__>;; They sucked totally...and halfway through the performance...the microphone gave out and he got super pissed....and then started to spit foam out....like....really nasty...*shudder* Well...bleed the dream was really understanding that we were there more for dir en grey than them and even said that deg was backstage waiting for us. n__n
When they were setting up the guitars for Deg, the azn rodies [spelling?] came out to check the guitars and such and most of the crowd went wild....lol. they teased us a bit by playing the first 20 seconds of GDS and then it went back to the other bands music....>o< Then once they took off the black cloth covering the drums the crowd went WILD! XD They started yelling for Kyo and Dir en grey...lol. Then they started playing G.D.S and it was like i was watching the blitz 5 days tour!! I went and sang with the song and waved my hands in the air and everything!! >D
They played G.D.S., Mr. Newsman, THE FINAL, Agitated Screams of Maggots, Ryoujoku no Ame, dead tree, Merciless Cult, Saku, The IIIrd Empire, Obscure, and probably a few I either didn't know....or forgot....and they aren't in order...>o<;; sry...
During the concert though, Kyo spazzed quite a bit with jumping and flailing arms about and what-not. Of course Kao-kao, Tochi, and Die-chan joined in with head banging. Kao-kao actually noticed me during the concert during Mr. Newsman when i had my hands in the air and moving my head back and fourth singing [practically screaming] the lyrics, he looked over at me and stared at me for a second when i caught his eye [remember i'm still screaming the lyrics with my crazy head and hand motions] and he pulled his bottom lip up a bit and nodded his head when he went back to looking at his guitar. I COULD HAVE DIED RIGHT THEN AND THERE!! OMG! I was SOOOOOOOOOO happy!!!
After that [it was only the third song...] I never once put my hand down [i switched off between my right and left hand] so that whenever Kao-kao looked in my direction he could see how big [and how persistant] of a fan i was!! I DON'T CARE IF MY ARM HURT LIKE HELL!!! IT WAS WORTH IT!! >D
During the concert [i can't remember at which points each even occured....] kyo started to scratch at his arm and then later during that same song he took something off this chain attached on his pants and scratched his chest about 4-5 times [the first time was the deepest] and blood started to slowly drip down from it. During [i think] the next song kyo took his middle finger and wiped up the blood dripping down from his chest and licked it up all sexy like with crazed eyes and contined to lick his lips for like...a minute. lol. Then there was his sexy bucket dance after the poured the water from the "RAPE ME" bucket on his head [with said bucket on his head...lol]. Also, kyo did a bit of a strip tease kinda thing where he started to sway his hips [slowly raising his arms...hehehe...peach fuzz!!] then started to grab at the top of his undies and pants and kinda slid them down a bit [during his smexy dance]...that drove the crowd insane! Another time, kyo got on the box/cage thing and kinda fish hooked his mouth. later on he spazzed his head left and right [kinda twitch sort of effect....like going insane...lol] and then got on the cagespit water[/blood?] on the crowd giving them a crazed/deraged bug-eyed stare. [he looked in my direction for at least a minuite then really quickly looked at the other side....it was creepy in a sexy way. XD Now for Kao-kao, he didn't do as much, but he did throw his pick he used out at least twice. He also switched with Tochi and played the bass for a while. XD Part way through when the crowd was going crazy for Kyo, Kao-kao walked up and pulled his arms up pointing to himself and made a face like..."i'm the leader! gimmie my respect, i'm cool and you know it!" lolol. hard to explain facial expressions...>__>;; Tochi had a few spazzy moments too...quite often the threw up the rock sign with his hand and made a fist and threw it out to get the fans pumped. Tochi also during one of the songs took the microphone [attached to the stand] and swung it vertically over his head....i thought it was gonna hit the celling...>o>; and it looked like he wasn't totally prepared for it either cause when it landed behind him he had to take a step back....lol. Again, Totchi had another spazzy moment closer to the end of the concert....at one point he actually started spinning around going towards the front and then back making kyo have to stop spazzing cause Totchi almost smacked the Kyo in the arm with his bass....or was it guitar....i can't remember if it was before of after he and Kao-kao switched...=__=;; sry...>o<;; The other thing that was very interesting was [i guess Tochi got seriously hyper towards the end...O__o;; lol] when Tochi got up on the speakers right in front of me [it was really high...and i'm just glad they didn't move....i noticed the wheels under them after the concert was over...O__O]. He started playing the bass and raising his fist in the air pointing to himself like Kao-kao did [demanding his fandom to praise him...=o= lol] and was smiling like a 5 year old with a sugar rush who just noticed that it was christmas. XD only way i can really explain the stupid silly grin on his face, but...of course i had to join the other fangirls who raised their hands in desperate attempts to touch him...lmao!! Another thing i forgot to mention was before Tochi got on the speakers, he first steped closer towards the edge of the stage and started to lean forward while playing base...after Kao-kao noticed [and i wonder if he got jealouse of all the fans going after Tochi...] did like-wise and got out to the edge to play. XD It didn't last long....Tochi's ego got in the way and then that's when he got up on the speakers...XD Then he threw his pic out only once...i think...>__>;; I feel bad though....since I didn't get see much of Die since he was at the opposite end...and Kao-kao and Totchi seemed to be putting up more entertainment than Die....I'M SORRY DIE-SAN!!! KAO-KAO And TOCHI ENTRANCED ME WITH THEIR SMEXYNESS!! ToT So I don't have much to report on my beloved Die or on Shinya....mainly cuz Shinya's big ass drums practically hid him from my angle...so all I really got to see of him the entire time was the top-right hand corner of this orange hair...>__>;; sry!! At the end, Die threw his pic, along with Tochi and Kao-kao. Then Tochi went about throwing waterbottels [i think around 2-3...some open...lmao] and Shi-shi threw his drumsticks...but i didn't see it...T__T;; Kri-kri caught one of the waterbottels Tochi trew and apparently one girl tried to snatch it out of her hands but she snatched it back like the rabid fan-girl that she is....[she got the one that was open]. Kao-kao also took this opportunity to grab a crap load of pics [at least 5-6] and put them up to his lips and then threw it into the crowd [i can't remember if Tochi did it...]. Both Tochi and Kao-kao and Tochi threw a pic once in my general direction [kao-kao did it three times...] but i was always just short of having it reach me! T__T boooo!! When Tochi threw his, I looked him in the eyes and started jumping up and down waving my hands [odly the only person jumping....>__>;;] AND HE ACUTALLY THREW IT TOWARDS ME!! BUT DAMN YOU TOCHI AND YUR WEAK-ASS THROWING ARM!! IT MISSED BY LIKE 2 FEET! AUGH!!! SOOOOOO CLOSE!! T__T Plus, towards the middle....I forgot to mention that Die spit and trew water on the crowd on his side....and then kyo copied him....LMAO!! XD [forgot to mention that Kri-kri and my other new friend went to investigate the bus when it arrived around 6:30 (honking the horn and everything....coming fashinably late...>__>;; since the other bands had already been there when i got there...) and Kri-kri actually got to SEE Die enter the building for a second and got to touch the top of one of Shi-shi's drums! >O ARGH THAT CHILD!!! T_T TOO MUCH LUCK SHE HAS!!! ...god...i'm sounding like yoda...lmao] Plus, during the intermission, everybody was cunfused if they were actually going to stop there and they started yelling for Dir en grey, kyo, and then oncore. lmao! Then they came back out and started to play again...lol.
OH YEAH!! OUTFITS!!
lol. Die was in a shirt and jeans....not to exact on that...with his hair slicked back. >__>;; Kao-kao had peach fuzz a bit and his hair was long [to his shoulders] with a wing thing goin on with the layers....i think he had a jacket on too [with jeans??].... Tochi had on a shirt and jeans [but he and kyo had on blue jeans for sure...i think kao-kao's were black...or darker...not to sure about die....but i think they were light blue...>__>] Tochi's hair was light brown and kinda crimped....like likkle waives in it...kinda like Gackt in Aritake no ai de....but not in a fro...and not tiny waves....or bleached as much...LMAO!! Shi-shi-chan....I couldn't even get a good look at him....i'll have to ask my friend Kri-kri about it....she obsessed and got towards the middle of the crowd near the front somehow....[the crowd migrated/pushed her there....lmao] Kyo had blond hair that was all flat and short...looked normal actually with a black vest on [no shrit underneath it too...hehehe], black underwear [they looked like spandex kinda boxers or somethin...] and a hat that disappeared during the concert...>__>;;
After I got out, the only thing that had actually had a "SOLD OUT" thing posted on it was the posters....the wristbands were still available [for how long, i do not know] and the "signed" DVD of the Withering to Death Tour for $125 was still there....[supposedly signed by all the members....>__>;;] Still pissed the dog-tags weren't sold there once michael told me what they looked like today....T_T;;
Anywho, If you bothered to read all this, please leave a comment. It took a while to remember everything...>__>;; and at least tell me if you got to go or not...and if you have dog-tags willing to trade or sell....[i got other dir en grey stuff i could trade!!]
On a side note, I'm still working on my friends manga...and my Diru manga....if anybody would like to help with my Diru manga...that's fine, just send me a note saying so and I'll discuss it with you. n__n Plus I'm still trying to raise money.....lol...for my Diru fund foundation...LMAO!! I also must thank Kri-kri for bringing a bag so I could carry all my stuff in and for getting me my tickets, Michael for loaning me $30 [that in the end i didn't spend], my mom for coming so i could go and for carrying all my stuff, to my boyfriend for giving me money in the end so I could have spending money, and my dad who graciously gave me money because...I don't know why...lol.
I hope this report is well detailed enough for you to get a feel of what went on at the concert! I WISH MORE OF MY FRIENDS WOULD HAVE GONE!! T__T
